Are Toronto and Montreal the world's two best places to live?
  1. That's the conclusion of a report by The Economist Intelligence Unit, citing a range of measures, such as safety, cost of living, environment, democracy and food security. The largest cities in Ontario and Quebec topped the list of 50 cities across the world, ahead of Stockholm, Amsterdam, San Francisco and Melbourne, Australia.
